Terms of sale
How we quote, what a quotation covers, and what happens after it.

Quotations
Every price we send is for the quantity, finish and packaging written on the quotation itself. A quotation states its own validity period, the incoterm it is quoted on and the lead time it assumes; once that period has passed we re-quote, because metal and freight move.
Minimum order quantity
MOQ 100 pcs per model; 50 pcs on selected small fittings
Samples
Samples are charged at twice the unit price; that charge is credited in full against your first bulk order.
Lead time
Made-to-order runs take 25–45 days and stock items ship within 7 days. The clock starts when the specification is confirmed in writing, not when the enquiry arrives.
Payment
30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C not accepted at present.

2 years as standard. Anything beyond that is agreed in writing before the order. How a claim is handled →
How a claim is handled
Send photos or video
Pictures or a short clip of the fitting, the carton and the damage — enough for us to see what happened.
Send the claim list and quantities
Item references and how many units are affected. One list per order.
Agree what caused it
Together we establish whether it is transit damage, an installation error, or a defect in the fitting itself.
Replacement, refund or credit
Once the cause is agreed, the remedy follows what restores function: replacement parts, a refund, or an agreed credit. Compensation covers the product itself.
Inspection
Buyer-appointed third-party inspection at the workshop is welcome before shipment.
Delivery terms
FOB Yiwu or Ningbo by default; CIF and DDP on request.
Specifications
Dimensions, materials and finishes are taken from the product data recorded for each model. Where a value is an industry default rather than a measured one it is marked † on the product page. Specifications may change without notice; what is binding is the specification confirmed on your order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are settled by discussion first; both sides would rather ship the goods than argue about them.
